Melissa Bradley is a chef, she studied at Weltec in Petone.
She has owned the deli for 10 years, but worked there for four years prior to buying the business. She decided to buy the deli because she would rather work days instead of nights.
Melissa really enjoys what she does and only lives ten minutes away from where she works. Even though it is a seven day a week job she enjoys what she does and likes the Eastbourne community.
She has lived in Eastbourne all of her life and knows everyone and is happy to meet their needs.
She likes to try new recipes and see how they sell.
Melissa is a friendly bubbly person and everyone enjoys going in to the deli to see her.
She is a excellent cook, and does catering for work and private functions.
The deli has a friendly environment, and the shop always looks and smells amazing.
